Q: Can someone give me tips on how to burn fats fast?
especially on the abdomen area and the arms..
gym might take awhile and i'm following a very light diet, i need to lose major weight before summer begins this march.. help out.. comment your answers. than you soo much

tedtaniumI hit the treadmill for 2 hours 4 days a week and 1 hour 2 days a week... while I watch T.V. and I have my water as well... good luck.... I don't take any pills though... I eat meat and I've lost 90 pounds in 6 months... i also eat tons of fruits and vegetables though... plus yogurt... everybody is different though... whatever works for you.

Make sure you are using the restroom regularly though, because if you drink over a gallon and don't work it off at all, you have water poisoning. :P Take an iron pill everyday and have a standard 60 minute workout. Cut down on junk food and count your calories. It takes 15 minutes of aerobic exercise before you start burning calories. So take those first 15 minutes slow. After about 20, pick up the pace on your workout. From 30-50 minutes burn calories as hard as you can. For the next ten minutes after that, slow down your pulse. Depending on how much you weigh and your age depends on how high your heart rate is at. Like for me? My highest needs to stay at 180 or else i'm overworking myself. The point is to not overwork yourself, but to work it off. Eat a standard 2,000 calorie diet if you want to burn more.
